A CURATED GALLERY EXPERIENCE THROUGH DESIGN AND MATERIALITY LEADING TO THE SHOW APARTMENT
The Pages is part of the wider Cecil Avenue residential development in the Wembley Housing Zone. As interior designers for the main scheme, FLINT were commissioned to design the marketing suite, continuing their collaboration with Wates Residential and Brent Council.
Set within a 1,419 sq ft double-height unit in the Ferrum Building at White Horse Square, the suite accommodates a model of the wider scheme, sales and meeting areas, and a one-bedroom show apartment.
The concept is an urban gallery that guides visitors through a curated display of materials, finishes, and marketing collateral before arriving at the show apartment. A continuous birch plywood ribbon weaves through the space, echoing the main reception area within the larger scheme, introducing human scale to the double-height industrial setting, and providing a warm, cohesive backdrop for the displays.
Situated on the ground floor, the marketing suite presents itself on White Horse Square, Wembley, with expansive glazing that showcases the scheme to prospective residents.
